Rachel Fleming-Mulford is an independent curator and art consultant, working with CIA over 2013-14 on the evaluation of the Cabbies' Shelters project. Rachel's experience of developing, delivering and evaluating art programmes, commissions, exhibitions, and events spans nearly a decade.

 

She has worked for organisations including Tate Modern, Beaconsfield, Art in the Open, Modus Operandi Art Consultants, and Freud Museum London/The Louise Bourgeois Studio, as well as with individual artists. At Art in the Open, she worked at a strategic level across London, developing and advising on public realm projects and initiatives with organisations including the Greater London Authority, the Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA), Design for London, and the London Thames Gateway Development Corporation. Her current projects include working as Curator at Borough Road Gallery, a new gallery based at London South Bank University, and for SPACE Studios as a mentor on a professional development programme for artists, funded by the EU.
